In general, you'll want to begin the invitation design process three to six months before the ceremony. This will allow you enough time for proofing, revisions if necessary, printing, and shipping. You also want to allow yourself time for addressing, mailing and guest response. Keep in mind your invitations should be mailed six to eight weeks before the ceremony.

We require a minimum of two weeks from the time when your pdf proof is approved to print your order.

Rush orders: Please let us know ahead of time if your order is a rush. If we accept your rush order, additional charges may apply.

Invitation sets include (unless otherwise noted):
Invitation Card: 2 color, single sided, flat
Outer Envelope: 1 color printed return address
Reply Card: 2 color, single sided, flat
Reply Envelope: unstamped, 1 color printed mailing address
(additional pieces are available for additional cost)

When determining your quantity, keep in mind you will be sending one invitation per household (not per guest). However, children over eighteen living at home get his or her own. It is best to overcompensate, don’t order the exact amount. You’re better off getting twenty or thirty extra and having leftovers than to reorder later. Printing reorders is pricey.

Make sure you take the time to carefully review all proofs for accuracy. Bellis Studios is not responsible for overlooked errors (Please see below). It’s a good idea to always have a friend or someone else with hawk eyes to look it over too.

Bellis Studios is not held responsible for mistakes and typos overlooked by the client during proofing. We encourage you to review all proofs very carefully. We cannot issue refunds for overlooked mistakes.

No job goes to press until proofs are approved, a signed approval is required. No refunds will be made once a job goes to press. Any additional changes at this point are subject to additional charges.

In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be made.
