Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) are securly processed through PayPal.

Information Collected
The information collected to process your order is as follows: Name, mailing address, and email. Information collected to process your payment is handled and processed through PayPal (credit cards, bank drafts, or e-checks). Bellis never receives your financial information.

Shipping
We ship within three to five business days of receipt of your order and payment (see wedding information for shipping on custom orders). Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the purchased item. We ship USA (Domestic): USPS (First Class and Priority Mail). We are unable to process international orders at this time.

Refunds & Returns
Please contact bellis@bellisstudios.com, within 7 days of merchandise receipt, in the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returne. Every attempt will be made to correct the situation. Refund, return, or exchange... we want you happy!

Privacy
Your privacy is taken seriously. Your information is never sold, or exchanged in any manner. Paying through PayPal insures that all your personal and financial information is transmitted via a secure encrypted server. If PayPal is used, Bellis never sees your financial information (see their policies for additional information).
